Miller Urethane
In 2019, Tumlin Construction completed a 3000 square Foot, Production Building Addition for Miller Urethane Products in Leeds, Alabama
The owner chose to insulate this new addition with R30 insulation in the roof and R 25 in the walls.
To accomplish this, full liner panels were placed under the roof and on the inside of the exterior walls with the purlin and girt cavities filled with batt insulation.
This was in addition to the blanket insulation placed under the standing seam roof and behind the wall panels.
Additionally, the old 3000 square foot building was re-roofed with a new standing seam roof system and new insulation
This project turned out great and the customer was happy also!

New Youth Building Dedicated at Mt. Zion Baptist Church
Tumlin Construction is proud to announce that Mt. Zion Baptist Church had its dedication and open house for the new Youth Building on April 17th, 2016.
The building is a 2 story classroom with 10,000 square feet of new classrooms
Turn-out was great and everyone extremely pleased with the new facility.
We here at Tumlin Construction and Consulting, LLC, are very proud to have been part of this project and pray that God will do wondrous things with this new building. The great work the people at Mt. Zion are doing is showing with their continued enhancement of their facilities and outreach to the community!
Tumlin Constructs Horse Barn in Trafford, Alabama
Tumlin Construction and Consulting, LLC, has ventured out and constructed their very first horse barn and might say we are very proud of this project and how it turned out. The building is 36’ wide by 48’ long, features 6 stalls, feed and tack room with future plans for a hay loft.
Steven has been a great client over the years and when he asked if I had ever built a horse barn I told him I had not. His reply to me was, “You better learn because you are my contractor.” So I did.
I was very proud of the confidence he had in Tumlin Construction and am excited to share these pictures with you. The owner and horses are very happy.
